• Submit personal details, delivery address, and a qualified photo (see guidelines below).

• Complete payment (multiple items can be checked out together).

• Track your order with the provided tracking number post-payment.

2. Photo Guidelines

• Submit a frontal selfie with direct eye contact (no head tilting).

• Regular glasses are allowed; other eye accessories are prohibited.

• Backgrounds can be edited by our team.

3. Shipping (estimates, not guaranteed)

• Express: 5-day production + 1-week delivery

• Standard: 5-day production + 2-week delivery

• Expedited options available (contact support for details).

4. Payment Methods

We accept gift cards, USDT, BTC, and various other payment methods. Please consult customer service for the latest options before payment.

5. Order Modification & Delivery

• Modifying the delivery address after placing an order requires ensuring the card has not been shipped. If it has been shipped, modifications cannot be made.

• If the package is returned, please contact customer service for assistance. If the package is returned due to our reasons, we will resend it; otherwise, no reshipment will be provided.


After-Sales Service

• Reprints & Refunds: Reprints are available for scannable cards that don't meet requirements or due to our processing errors. Refunds apply only if non-delivery is our fault.

• Free Duplicate: Every order includes one complimentary duplicate card.
